1 pinchbicarbonate
- FOR VANILLA CREAM

1egg

2 Tbspflour
-
4 Tbspsugar

1 half lmilk

1 pinchvanilla or sugar vanilla
- FOR DECORATION

300 gfruits

1 cjelly
How To Make fruit tarts

1Riddle the flour,on a plank,in the middle,add the butter,oil and sugar.

2Mix everything good,and,then add the egg,vanilla,lemon rind,bicarbonate,and,knead all,till become a compact dough.

3Let it 10 minutes,and,then,put the composition in the forms.

4Bake them and set aside.

5Mix the ingredients for cream and boil them.Set aside.

6After the dough and the cream are both chilled,stuff the dough with cream,and decorate with fresh fruits and jelly from the package,if you want.

7The tarts are better served cold.
