Ingredients For fruit tarts

    egg
  • 1,1 half c
    flour
  • 1 half c
    oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 half c
    sugar
  • 1 half c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    fresh lemon rind
  • 1 pinch
    vanilla
  • 1 pinch
    bicarbonate
  • FOR VANILLA CREAM
  • 1
    egg
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 4 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 half l
    milk
  • 1 pinch
    vanilla or sugar vanilla
  • FOR DECORATION
  • 300 g
    fruits
  • 1 c
    jelly

How To Make fruit tarts

    Riddle the flour,on a plank,in the middle,add the butter,oil and sugar.

    Mix everything good,and,then add the egg,vanilla,lemon rind,bicarbonate,and,knead all,till become a compact dough.

    Let it 10 minutes,and,then,put the composition in the forms.

    Bake them and set aside.

    Mix the ingredients for cream and boil them.Set aside.

    After the dough and the cream are both chilled,stuff the dough with cream,and decorate with fresh fruits and jelly from the package,if you want.

    The tarts are better served cold.
