This is such a great summer treat. It's easy to use whatever berries are in season or your faves. I like to use strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries. I use honey vanilla yogurt but swap it with your favorite yogurt flavor. This can be made a day ahead for dinners, parties, potlucks, etc.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This fresh berry pie is more of a parfait in a pie crust than an actual pie. It's super simple to make and delicious to eat. Greek yogurt has a silky texture with a rich honey flavor that complements the fresh fruit. We opted to use strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. The graham cracker pie crust adds the right amount of crunch to this dessert. A wonderful lighter summer dessert recipe.
