easy peasy fruit cobbler
This is one of those spur of the moment recipes that I began making over 25 years ago. It's extremely versatile and my kiddo can help me make it. It's great by itself or it can be enjoyed a la mode.

Ingredients For easy peasy fruit cobbler

2 lbassorted frozen fruit (i used 1 lb. sliced strawberries and 1 lb. rhubarb in this one)

1 boxyellow cake mix

1-2 stickbutter, melted (i used 1 1/2)
How To Make easy peasy fruit cobbler

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Place frozen fruit in the bottom of a 9X13 cake pan.

3Sprinkle dry cake mix all over the top of the fruit.

4Evenly distribute the melted butter on top of the cake mix.

5Bake at 350 until brown (approx. 55 minutes).
