Ingredients For cupid's kiss

  • 1-10 Oz. bag
    frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch
    course salt
  • 2 1/2 c
    cold heavy cream
  • 1/3 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 4 tsp
    fresh lemon juice

How To Make cupid's kiss

    In a blender, combine strawberries, granulated sugar, and pinch of salt and puree until sugar dissolves, about 1 minute.

    In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat cream and confectioners' sugar on high until stiff peaks form, about 3 minutes. Fold in lemon juice.

    In six small glasses, alternate layers of strawberry puree and whipped cream. With a thin-bladed knife, gently swirl whipped cream and puree together. Smooth tops and serve immediately
