1/4 tsplemon zest

1 Tbsplemon juice

3/4 ccornmeal

1-1/2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspbaking soda

1 lgegg yolk

1/2 cbuttermilk

1/4 ccanola oil

3 Tbspsugar

1/2 cfrozen corn kernels. thawed.
How To Make corny blackberry cobbler

1Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine berries, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tbsp flour, lemon zest and lemon juice.

2In bowl whisk together flour, cornmeal. baking powder and baking soda. In small bowl, whisk together egg yolk, buttermilk, oil and 3 tbsp sugar.

3Add egg yolk mix to dry ingredients, stir to blend. Fold in corn. Pour berry mix into pan, spoon batter over berries. Place pan on a baking sheet and bake 45 mins.
