1IN A SAUCE PAN, MIX TOGETHER THE SUGAR, TAPIOCA AND ORANGE JUICE---'LET IT SET 5 MINUTES'

2HEAT TO BOILING OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT, STIRRING CONSTANTLY.

3REMOVE FROM HEAT; COOL 20 MINUTES.

4NOW STIR TAPIOCA WITH A RUBBER SPATULA.

5FOLD IN 1 CUP OF THE COOL WHIP.

6DIVIDE TAPIOCA AMONG 4 DESSERT DISHES; REFRIERATE UNTIL SERVING TIME.
