caramel & pb apple cups with craizens
At home one night and that old Sweet Tooth kicked in to full gear. I always have plenty of apples, and like always: needed to use them up. I stood in my kitchen for a few minutes, and this is what I came up with. I hope you like it. ENJOY !

2apples, granny smith

1/2 cpeanut butter, creamy

1/2 chersey caramel topping

1/2 cchopped nuts

craisins (to taste)

2 Tbspbourbon (optional)
- WITH SHARP KNIFE AND MELLON SCOOP, REMOVE TOP OF APPLE AND SCOOP OUT INSIDES, LEAVING 1/4 THICK WALL AROUND APPLE
How To Make caramel & pb apple cups with craizens

1Set prepared apples aside until later.

2In medium bowl, mix together ALL other ingredients together.

3Fill each apple cavity with equal amounts of filling.

4Bake apple @ 350 F, for 15 minutes or until apples are tender. ENJOY !
