I had bought some fresh peaches and blueberries, decided I would make a cobbler with it. This version is not real sweet, which I love and my husband did too!

2 Tbspsugar

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1 Tbspcornstarch

1/2 cwater

1 Tbsplemon juice

2 csliced fresh peaches

1 cblueberries, fresh
- TOPPING

1 call purpose flour

1/4 csugar
-
1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

2/3 cmilk

1/4 cbutter, softened

1 tspground cinnamon
How To Make blueberry peach cobbler

1In a saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring until thick. Add fresh fruit and pour into a buttered baking 8x8 pan. (if you want to make larger dessert use a 2 quart baking pan)

2For topping combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir in milk and butter. Pour over fruit mixture.

3Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes until topping is golden brown. This is best when served warm. Enjoy!
