    flour
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2/3 c
    low fat milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter,melted
  • 2 c
    blueberries, cleaned and washed

How To Make blueberry cobbler

    PREHEAT OVEN TO 350.

    IN A MEDIUM BOWL, COMBINE FLOUR, SUGAR AND BAKING POWDER. STIR IN THE MILK, AND MIX THE BATTER UNTIL IT IS SMOOTH.

    POUR THE MELTED BUTTER INTO A 1 OR 1 1/2 QUART CASSEROLE DISH. POUR IN THE BATTER, AND SPRINKLE THE BLUEBERRIES ON TOP.

    BAKE THE COBBLER FOR 40-45 MIN. OR UNTIL IT IS LIGHTLY BROWNED.
