Ingredients For berry-berry crisp

  • 2 c
    blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 c
    frozen, pitted tart cherries
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 2 Tbsp
    ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 c
    rolled oats
  • 1/3 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    light brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil

How To Make berry-berry crisp

    In bowl, combine berries, cherries 2 tbsp flour and honey. Mix well.

    Spoon into a 1-1/2 quart baking dish. In another bowl, stir together flaxseed, oats, walnuts, 2 tbsp flour, brown sugar and oil.

    Sprinkle flaxseed mix over fruit. Bake 25 mins, or until bubbly.
