A wonderful summer dessert. Takes time for chilling, but worth the wait. Kids love these bars.

Ingredients For banana splitz

  • 2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 c
    melted butter
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 3
    8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened, i used reduced fat
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 1
    banana sliced, tossed w/ 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 c
    halved starwberries
  • 1/2 c
    mashed banana
  • 8 oz
    pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/3 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 c
    fudge sauce

How To Make banana splitz

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs w/ melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into bottom of pan.

    In lg bowl, beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla until smooth. Beat in eggs and mashed banana. Pour over crust. Bake 30 mins. Refrigerate 3 hrs to set.

    Top w/ strawberries, sliced banana and pineapple. Sprinkle w/ walnuts. Drizzle w/ hot fudge sauce.
