Ingredients For apple dumplings

  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1
    8 oz pkg refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 lg
    apples, peeled,cored, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    packed, light brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make apple dumplings

    Heat oven to 375. Heat butter in a 9" x 13" pan in the oven, once butter is melted, remove from oven. In microwave bowl, microwave water and 1/4 cup sugar until sugar is melted.

    Unroll dough onto cutting board. In bowl, combine apples, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and pecans. Sprinkle mix over dough.

    Starting w/ short end of dough, roll up jellyroll style. Press seams together, cut into slices. Place slices in pan. Pour sugar mix over slices. Bake 35 min.
