Ingredients For apple crumble

4medium apples (i use 2 gala and 2 granny smith)

1 Tbsplemon juice

1/3 cgranulated sugar

1/3 clight brown sugar, packed

1 tspground cinnamon

1/4 cflour
- FOR THE TOPPING

1 clight brown sugar, packed
-
1 cflour
-
1 cquick cook oats
-
1/2 cbutter, cubed

1 tspground cinnamon
How To Make apple crumble

1Peel and dice apples. In a large bowl, combine diced apples with lemon juice, sugars, cinnamon and flour. Pour into a 2qt baking dish.

2In a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients. Use hands to combine butter until crumbly (don't rush this part...it's worth taking the time to be sure everything is combined). Sprinkle over apple mixture. Press lightly.

3Bake in 375 degree oven for 45-50 minutes, until bubbly and caramelized. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream
