    frozen huckleberries
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp
    amaretto
  • coffee flavored ice cream
  • whipped cream

How To Make amaretto huckleberry dessert

    Combine huckleberries, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan.

    Bring to boil over moderate heat, stirring.

    Boil 2-3 minutes.

    Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

    Stir in amaretto.

    Place 2 scoops coffee ice cream in serving bowls, pour huckleberry mixture over, and garnish with whipped cream.
