1 2/3 call-purpose flour

3/4 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

3/4 cbutter or margarine, softened

3/4 cbrown sugar, packed

1/4 cgranulated sugar

1 tspvanilla extract

2 cwhite chocolate chips

1 csweetned flaked coconut

3/4 cmacadamia nuts, chopped
How To Make white chocolate island cookies

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a small bowl; set aside. Beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla in a large nmixer bowl until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips, coconut and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
