Ingredients For whipped heavenly shortbread cookies by freda

  • SHORTBREAD COOKIES
  • 1 c
    butter (room temp)
  • 1 tsp
    rum or vanilla extract (or any flavor of your choice)
  • 1/2 c
    pdr sugar ( icing sugar)
  • 1/2 c
    cornstarch
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • optional: cherries, chopped nuts, or sprinkles for decoration

How To Make whipped heavenly shortbread cookies by freda

    Preheat Oven @ 325 degrees. Note: (do not grease Cookie sheets) WHIP butter Until Light & Fluffy. Add Flavoring, Whip well

    Add Pdr Sugar, Cornstarch, Flour & Salt, Mixing Completely

    Fill your Cookie Press, &, or Drop by teaspoons on to Ungreased Cookie Sheet. (Optional) Cherries, Nuts, & Sprinkles can be added Now, then baked.

    Bake @ 325 Degrees for 8-10 Minutes. ( Do not let these Brown)
