2 1/3 call purpose flour

1 tspsalt

1 tspbaking soda

1 1/4 tspvanilla extract

2 stickbutter, softened

3 cchocolate chips

1 pkginstant vanilla pudding mix

2 lgeggs room tempurature

3/4 csugar

3/4 clight brown sugar
How To Make thick tollhouse cookies

1Sift together the dry ingredients in a bowl. Cream together the butter,sugars until well combined. Add one egg in at a time until incorporated the add the vanilla. Fold in the chocolate chips.

2Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees,using a tablespoon,dollop 9 cookies per sheet pan leaving them at minimum two inches apart.

3Depending on your oven,bake them from 10-12 minutes. Let the cool for 3-4 minutes on the sheet pan then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely,that's if you can resist eating them all before they cool!!! Enjoy! :) P.S. You can also add chopped nuts to this,3/4 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans!
