These snowball cookies are a must for Christmas, New Year's, and weddings. They are delicious and are very easy to make. I usually double the recipe because they tend to disappear quickly.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Is it a true holiday cookie tray without snowball cookies? Not in our minds and that's why we love this classic recipe. Underneath the mound of powdered sugar is a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth cookie that is slightly crunchy from pecans. They taste similar to butter pecan ice cream and look like Christmas.
