  • 1/2 lb
    butter
  • 1/3 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1
    egg yolk
  • 1 Tbsp
    liquer (i use triple sec)
  • 2 c
    flour
  • ROLLING MIXTURE
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    cinnamon

How To Make polvorones (mexican shotrbreads)

    Cream butter and sugar, add egg and liquer; mix. Add flour. Make into small balls with your hands and roll in rolling mixture.
