These are one of my top favorite cookies. Usually only make them around Christmas time but they are a big hit!

Ingredients For pineapple jumbles

1/2 cbutter, softened

1/2 cgranulated sugar

1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 csour cream
-
1egg
-
1 tspvanilla extract

1 1/4 call purpose flour

1/4 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt
-
1 csweetened shredded coconut
-
1 ccoarsely chopped walnuts

1 cfinely chopped candied pineapple
How To Make pineapple jumbles

1Preheat oven 375 degrees. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add sour cream,egg,and vanilla; beat until smooth.

2In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture; stir until a soft dough forms. Stir in remaining ingredients.

3Drop tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet.

4Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool.
