pepperminty y’all
These will satisfy any child or the child inside of you! And with a glass of ice cold…milk….ha ha ha betch’cha weren’t expecting me to say that huh, these will become a new holiday favorite. This was one of the desserts that went on the children’s table. But the adults enjoy them too! They do firm up if you have any left over the next day, we had just 2 pieces left this morning to go with our coffee. The recipe here lists enough ingredients for one pan, I doubled it and made two.

Ingredients For pepperminty y’all

1 package 12.5 ounces 40 or so chocolate fudge covered graham crackers {break them to fit into the pan if necessary}

about 2 cups peppermint flavored mini marshmallows

dark chocolate syrup flavored with peppermint {4 tablespoons + some to drizzle}

4 candy canes { crushed }

parchment or foil
-
small baking dish { 9 x 9 pan }
How To Make pepperminty y’all

1Line a baking dish with the parchment or foil.

2Arrange the chocolate grahams on the bottom of the baking pan.

3Place the marshmallow on top of the crackers.

4Add another row of crackers on top.

5Cover completely with foil, and bake for 20 minutes at 275 degrees.

6Remove from the oven and uncover, let cool on a cooling rack for about 10 minutes then drizzle with 4 tablespoons of the chocolate peppermint syrup.

7Let it sit for about 30 minutes longer, and place on a plate.

8Hit it with some whipped cream, drizzle with more chocolate syrup and sprinkle with the crushed candy canes.

9Now if you’re real brave you can pick this up with your fingers or you can use a fork. Either way supply plenty of napkins…

10But be prepare these are messy messy messy but oh so good.
