This was one of my favorite cookies my mom would make, when I was a kid. Even as a big kid, still love em. They bring back so many memories every time I make them for my kids. Taking some to mom tonight, she will be so surprised. Delicious!

1 ceach - peanut butter, white sugar, packed brown sugar, butter flavored crisco

2 lgeggs

1 tspvanilla extract

1/2 tspsalt

2 tspbaking soda

2 cflour

How To Make ~ peanut butter cookies ~ my moms

1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. In a large bowl, cream the sugars, peanut butter and C Crisco until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time and blend thoroughly after each addition. Beat in the vanilla.

2Sift flour, soda and salt together, and add to the peanut butter mixture. Mix well. Using my cookie scoop ( about 1 tablespoon size ) roll into balls and then roll in sugar - place on baking sheet and bake for 12 - 15 minutes. Mine took 12 minutes.

3Remove from sheet to cooling racks. Enjoy! They are wonderful!
