Ingredients For oatmeal chip cookies

1 stickbutter softened

1 lgegg

2/3 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 coatmeal (i used rolled oats non instant)

1 1/4 cflour (more if needed to make a firm batter)

1 tspvanilla extract

1/2 cassorted chips (i used milk chocolate and peanut butter)
How To Make oatmeal chip cookies

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2Mix egg, butter, baking powder, vanilla, salt, and sugar together until fluffy. Mix in the oatmeal and flour then fold in the chips.

3Drop by spoon fulls onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges start to brown. Do not over bake.
