1 cgrated zucchini

1 craisins

1 cchopped walnuts
How To Make moist zucchini cookies

1Heat oven to 350. Lay parchment paper onto baking sheets. In lg bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.

2Gradually beat in egg, flours, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir in zucchini, raisins and walnuts. Drop by tbsp onto baking sheets. Bake 15-20 mins, or until golden.
