How To Make mini gingerbread cookie houses

1Cream nondairy butter and sugar, add in egg and molasses followed by dry ingredients; wrap and chill dough for a few hours before rolling out thinly between wax paper.

2Prepare royal icing: Mix 1lb (4 cups) powdered sugar with 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar and3 egg whites. Whip at high speed at least 7 minutes and keep covered when not decorating (hardens and dries quick).

3Roll and bake out gingerbread cookies or make little houses: Make a little cardboard cutout of the front (will also be used for the back), little wall cutout (you'll need 2 squares per house) and a longer rectangle for the roof panels (you'll need 2). Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes or until walls are well done and not soft.
