Ingredients For maple snickerdoodles

2 call purpose flour

1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspbaking soda

1 1/2 tspground cinnamon

1/2 cbutter~softened

1 cwhite sugar

3 Tbspreal maple syrup

1 lgegg
-
1/2 cwhite sugar

1/2 cbrown sugar
How To Make maple snickerdoodles

1Preheat over to 350 degrees. Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Set aside.

2In a large bowl cream together b utter and 1 cup white sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and maple syrup. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients until just mixed. In a small dish, mix together remaining 1/2 cup white sugar and brown sugar. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar mixture. Place cookies 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

3Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cookies will be crackly on top and look wet in the middle. Remove from cookie sheets to wire cooling racks.
