Ingredients For lemon glazed cookies, with how to video link

  • 1 box
    lemon cake mix
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter melted
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • zest of one lemon
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 c
    mini vanilla chips
  • LEMON GLAZE
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • zest of one lemon
  • juice from 1 lemon

    Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheet with bakers parchment paper. How to video at https://youtu.be/P1kPJXlNhxE

    Melt butter in microwave in a large bowl. Add cake mix, eggs, lemon zest and lemon juice. Stir to mix, being careful not to over mix. Add vanilla chips, if you are unable to get mini vanilla chips you can use the regular size chips. You can order them from Blake's Decorette Shop in Tigard Oregon at http://www.decoretteshop.com/

    Using a 1" cookie scoop, scoop dough onto lined cookie sheet spacing them 3" apart. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

    While cookies are baking make your lemon glaze. In small bowl combine powdered sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice. Whisk together to combine.

    While cookies are still warm and on the cookie sheet brush with lemon glaze and set aside to cool. Serve and enjoy!
