1/2 cvegetable oil

1 csugar

3 lgeggs

1 Tbspanise extract

3 1/4 call purpose flour

1 Tbspbaking powder
How To Make italian biscotti

1Beat oil, eggs, sugar and extract. Mix well. Combine Flour and Baking powder. Add flour mixture into wet mixture in 3 parts. The batter will be very thick. Divide dough in 1/2 put on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper (easier) Form into 2 rolls 12 inches long. Pat it down to 1/2 inch high. Bake 15-20 minutes on 350. Cool slightly and slice. If you want to re bake 6-8 minutes more put sliced side down on cookie sheet. If you want a softer cookie don't re bake them. I don't and people love them just the way they are after the first baking (not too hard). Enjoy!!
