These cookies are gooey in the middle, and crisp around the edges! Even after they cool completely, they are still soft and chewy in the middle. The best part? They are just rich enough that a couple will do (and trust me, I could eat half a batch of cookies!!), so you don't have to worry about eating them all.

Ingredients For heath toffee-chocolate chip cookies

  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    corn starch
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 3/4 c
    heath toffee bits
  • 1 c
    semi-sweet/dark chocolate chips

How To Make heath toffee-chocolate chip cookies

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Add in vanilla and egg. Mix thoroughly.

    In separate bowl combine all dry ingredients, then mix them into butter mixture.

    Stir in toffee bits and chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoons on a cookie sheet, and bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy!!
