  Heat oven to 375. In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. In medium bowl, combine cookie mix (and enclosed flavor packet), egg, and water; mix with spoon or fork until thoroughly blended. Stir in peanut butter chips.

  Shape dough into 1 inch balls. (If dough is too soft, cover and chill about 1 hour.) Roll balls in cinnamon sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until very lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
