1 cbutter, softened

1 ccanola oil

1 csugar

1 tspsalt

1 cpowdered sugar

2 lgeggs

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspvanilla extract

1 tspcream of tartar

4 1/2 call purpose flour
How To Make drop sugar cookies

1Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl cream butter, oil, sugar, salt and powdered sugar together.

2Add eggs, and vanilla. Then mix your baking soda & cream of tartar into your flour. Slowly add the dry ingredients to egg mixture until nice and creamy and thick.

3With a medium cookie scoop, scoop dough on parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 12 minutes or a little longer if you like them more golden like I do.
