I tried these guys last night and they were really good. I checked my sugars about an hour and half later and NO SPIKE!

3ripe bananas, mashed

1/3 capple sauce

2 coatmeal, uncooked

1/4 calmond milk
-
1/2 craisins
-
1 tsppure vanilla extract

1 tspcinnamon
How To Make diabetic oatmeal fruit bars

1Preheat your oven to 350

2Toss all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well

3Press the mess into a 9" X 9" square (like me) baking pan, that's been sprayed with PAM or other veggie oil cooking spray

4Bake 15 to 20 minutes

5Cool on a rack before serving
