Ingredients For diabetic oatmeal fruit bars

  • 3
    ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 c
    apple sauce
  • 2 c
    oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1/4 c
    almond milk
  • 1/2 c
    raisins
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make diabetic oatmeal fruit bars

    Preheat your oven to 350
  • 2
    Toss all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well
  • 3
    Press the mess into a 9" X 9" square (like me) baking pan, that's been sprayed with PAM or other veggie oil cooking spray

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes

    Cool on a rack before serving
