Egg whites make things light the dates, nuts and raisins make them taste great.

Ingredients For date kisses

  • 3
    egg whitles
  • 1/2 lb
    chopped dates
  • 1/2 c
    raisins
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    nuts
  • 4 Tbsp
    flour

How To Make date kisses

    Beat egg whites well. Add sugar, dates, nuts, and raisins and flour and mix. Drop from spoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 until light brown. Baking time will vary for each oven. Do not over cook, just until light brown.
