Ingredients For coconut flour pumpkin bars

  • 1 can
    15oz pumpkin puree (aobut 1-1/2 cups)
  • 3/4 c
    coconut flour
  • 3/4 c
    maple syrup
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 3/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • butter or coconut oil for greasing the pan

How To Make coconut flour pumpkin bars

  • 1
    Preheat the oven to 350. Grease a 9" x 9" baking dish well with butter or coconut oil.

    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, stir well until no clumps remain.

    Transfer the batter to the greased dish. Smooth the top with a spatula. Bake until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
