Ingredients For coconut flour pumpkin bars

1 can15oz pumpkin puree (aobut 1-1/2 cups)

3/4 ccoconut flour

3/4 cmaple syrup
-
1-1/2 tspground cinnamon
-
3/4 tspground ginger
-
1/4 tspground cloves
-
3/4 tspbaking soda
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
2 lgeggs
-
butter or coconut oil for greasing the pan
How To Make coconut flour pumpkin bars

1Preheat the oven to 350. Grease a 9" x 9" baking dish well with butter or coconut oil.

2Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, stir well until no clumps remain.

3Transfer the batter to the greased dish. Smooth the top with a spatula. Bake until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
