This is made with "Cinnamon Chips" A lot like Chocolate chips but, they're cinnamon.

Ingredients For soft, cinnamon oatmeal craisen cookies

1 cbutter, softened

1 cwhite sugar

1 cpacked, brown sugar

2eggs
-
1 tspfrench vanilla creamer/ subbed for vanilla extract

2 cflour
-
1 tspbaking soda or sub with sprite

1 ccraisens (ocean spray dried cranberries)

1 1/2 ccinnamon morsels

3 cquick cooking oats

1 tspsalt/ optional
How To Make soft, cinnamon oatmeal craisen cookies

1In a medium bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Mix in oats, Craisens & Cinnamon morsels. Cover, and chill dough for at least one hour.

2Remove from fridge and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3Scoop one tablespoon of mixture at a time.. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls, and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Flatten each cookie with a large fork

4Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
