My wonderful loving,caring sweet husband who works so I can stay at home and cook these amazing recipes to share with you all,loves Snicker Doodle's!And I was sitting here realizing that in the past 3 years of our marriage, I haven't made him any Snicker Doodle's, and thought to myself, that's just wrong! So I made my sweet hubby some cookies and HE LOVED em! I had never made him Snicker Doodles, just the norm or Chocolate Chips,Butterscotch, ect..So to my Hard working man got a double batch of Chewy Snicker Doodles! Thanks Babe for all you do! Love you! I hope you make these for your man too!

Ingredients For chewiest snickerdooodle cookies ever!!

  • COOKIE DOUGH (THIS MAKES A DOUBLE BATCH)
  • 1 c
    coconut oil
  • 1 c
    butter, room temperature (unsalted)
  • 3 c
    organic pure sugar cane
  • 4 lg
    eggs (room temp)
  • 2 Tbsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp
    cream of tartar
  • 5 1/2 c
    organic unbleached flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • SUGAR MIXTURE FOR ROLLING
  • 8 Tbsp
    organic pure sugar cane
  • 6 tsp
    cinnamon powder

How To Make chewiest snickerdooodle cookies ever!!

    Cream butter,coconut oil and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add eggs and vanilla and cream together.

    In a separate bowl combine, cream of tartar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the creamed mixture and stir until well combined.

    Refrigerate for 30 - 45 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 375*

    Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Form dough into small balls,( I use a small ice cream scoop) so all my cookies come out the same size, you can use your hands though... roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture and then place on a greased cookie sheet.

    Bake for 8 mins NO LONGER!!!! Remove from oven and place on cooling racks, let cool for 10 mins, these are so moist and chewy, I love these! Enjoy!!
