Ingredients For candied fruit christmas cookies

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup light brown sugar

2 eggs, beaten

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup chopped pecsns or walnuts

1 cup candied cherries, chopped

4 slices candied pineapple, red and green, chopped
How To Make candied fruit christmas cookies

1Cream butter, and sugar until fluffy. Stir in beaten eggs. Mix well.

2Sift flour and soda together - add to butter and sugar mixture.

3Mix candied fruit and nuts with 1/4 cup of flour and add to the mixture. Mix well.

4Drop by teaspoons full on a greased cooking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Do not overcook or fruit will become hard.
