Ingredients For butterscotch oatmeal cookies

  • 3/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 3/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar, light
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 11/4 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3 c
    quick-cooking or regular rolled oats, uncooked
  • 1-3/4 c
    (11oz pkg) hershey's butterscotch chips

How To Make butterscotch oatmeal cookies

    Heat oven to 375°F.

    Beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large bowl until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.

    Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
