Ingredients For no bake brownie cream cheese bars

  • 2 – 8 ounce packages cream cheese { at room temperature }
  • 1 – 14 ounce can sweeten condensed milk
  • 1 – 3.56 ounce box special dark instant pudding
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup ghirardelli double chocolate brownie mix
  • unsalted butter ½ cup melted
  • parchment paper

How To Make no bake brownie cream cheese bars

  • 1
Whip the cream cheese till it is smooth, then add the sweet milk and beat for a couple of minutes, scrapping down the sides a couple of times. Once that is completely mixed, add the pudding and continue to beat scraping down the sides again.
  • 2
Then add the heavy cream and beat till it is all thick and yummy. Put this mixture in the refrigerator and then start on the crumb mixture.
  • 3
In a pot melt the butter, once it’s all melted turn off the heat and add the brownie mix and thoroughly incorporate till it is the consistency of thick wet sand.
  • 4
Line a small 6 & 1/2 by 7 & ½ pan with parchment leaving some hanging over on both sides.
  • 5
Press the brownie base into the pan and refrigerate it till it hardens, then put the cream cheese filling on top and smooth it out, the it goes back into the refrigerator for several hours.
  • 6
I keep a handful of clothespins in my kitchen for things like holding parchment in place. And when you’re ready to cut yourself a piece, simply lift out the bars holding on to the parchment, cut a piece and then using the parchment again lift it back into the pan.
