Ingredients For mocha cookies

1-1/3 clight brown sugar, packed

1/2 cvegetable oil

1/4 clight sour cream

1egg
-
1 tspvanilla

1-3/4 call-purpose flour

3/4 cunsweetened cocoa powder

2 tspinstant coffee granules
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1/43 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
1/2 cpowdered sugar
How To Make mocha cookies

1Beat brown sugar and oil in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until well blended. Add sour cream, egg, and vanilla; beat until well blended.

2Combine flour, cocoa, coffee granules, baking soda, salt and pepper in medium bowl; mix well. Beat into brown sugar mixture until well blended.

3Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours.

4Preheat over to 350. Place powdered sugar in shallow bowl. Shape dough into 1" balls, roll in powdered sugar. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

5Bake 10-12 minutes or until tops of cookies are firm. Do not overbake. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
