I got this recipe from my daughter, and it's so easy to make, yet so yummy. Great for kids of all ages.

Ingredients For easy s'mores delight

  • 2 pkg
    refrigerated crescent dough
  • 1 c
    sugar, divided
  • 1
    16 oz pkg reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 7 oz
    marshmellow fluff
  • 8
    graham cracker sheets
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter, divided
  • 2 c
    chocolate chips
  • 2 c
    mini marshmellows

How To Make easy s'mores delight

    Heat oven to 375. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" pan w/ cooking spray. Unroll 1 pkg dough into bottom of pan. In lg bowl, cream together cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and marshmellow fluff until mixed well.

    Pour mix on top of dough in pan. Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Add 2 tbsp sugar and 3 tbsp butter, ( melted,) shake bag. Layer cracker crumb mix on top of cream cheese mix in pan. Sprinkle w/ chocolate chips.

    Then sprinkle w/ mini marshmellows. Unroll 2nd dough pkg. Place on top of mini marshmellow mix. Brush dough w/ remaining butter. Sprinkle w/ any remaining sugar. Bake about 13 mins, or until golden brown.
