What a delicious treat! These yummy brownies are packed with chocolate and mint flavor. I love the idea of changing out the color of the mint layer for different holidays. These would be great for Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Halloween, Christmas ... so many options.

1 call-purpose flour

1/2 tspsalt

1 cHershey syrup

- FILLING:

2 cconfectioner powdered sugar

1/2 tsppeppermint extract

1/2 cmargarine

2 Tbspmilk

- FROSTING

1 cchocolate chips

6 Tbspmargarine
How To Make chocolate mint brownies

1Mix the first 8 ingredients using a blender.

2Pour mixture into a 9x13" greased pan.

3Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes. Cool.

4Filling: Mix and spread over cooled brownies.

5Frosting: Melt chocolate chips and butter, mix well.

6Pour over brownies and filling. Refrigerate.
