You wouldn't believe it, but these cookies are amazing. Moist, dense and oh so yummy. If you've got an abundance of zucchini from your garden, use some for this recipe. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Ingredients For chocolate chip/zucchini cookies.

  • 1 stick
    butter, sotfened
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 c
    shredded zucchini
  • 1 c
    raisins
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1-1/2 c
    chocolate chips

How To Make chocolate chip/zucchini cookies.

    Heat oven to 350. Lay parchment paper down on cookie sheets. In lg bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

    Beat in egg, flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir in zucchini, raisins, walnuts and chocolate chips.

    Drop by tsp, 2" apart onto cookie sheets. Bake 12-15 mins, or until golden.
