We always find a package of candy canes leftover in our pantry. So we use those to create these heart shaped chocolates. My girls loved making the hearts which each had their own personality because not every candy cane is exactly the same. Who knew? Add some white chocolate and fun Valentine colored sprinkles and you will be quite the candymaker!
