Ingredients For texas pecan clusters

  • 7 oz
    jar marshmallow creme
  • 8 oz
    bag semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 1/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 6 oz
    can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 2 c
    texas pecans halves
  • 1 tsp
    light karo syrup (optional)

How To Make texas pecan clusters

  • 1
    Place marshmallow cream and semisweet chocolate chips into a large bowl. Set aside.
  • 2
    Combine butter, milk, sugar and (Karo syrup) in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook 8 minutes.

    Pour over marshmallow and chocolate chips, stir until well blended.
  • 4
    Stir in pecans halves. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Top with additional pecan.
