  Lay out a layer of Ritz crackers on a cookie sheet, flat side down. Put a Rolo candy on each cracker in the center. Bake for 3-4 minutes at 350 degrees

  Take crackers out of oven and put a top cracker on each one and "smash" the top down to make a sandwich.

  Allow to cool and serve to all your little people!
