I like making these yummy peanut butter treats with my kids...always a hit with kids and adults alike. Tastes like Peanut Butter Fudge & a bit like caramels...Yum! Enjoy!

Ingredients For peanut butter logs - yum!

  • PREPARATION TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE CHILLING TIME. CAN PLACE IN YOUR FREEZER TO SET UP QUICKER...I DO THIS SOMETIMES IF IN A HURRY - WORKS GREAT
  • 1 - 12 oz
    peanut butter chips
  • 1 - 14 oz
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c
    mini marshmallows
  • 1 c
    chopped dry roasted nuts - all i had was unsalted, but added to my food processor with some kosher salt & pulsed...worked great...can use whichever you like

How To Make peanut butter logs - yum!

    Place the chips and milk in a saucepan and over low heat, melt the chips with the milk. Stir in marshmallows and keep stirring until melted. Remove pan from heat and let the mixture cool for 20 minutes. Forgot to take a pic..

    Divide mixture in half and place each half on a piece of waxed paper or parchment paper. Roll into logs, about 12 inches long. I usually take one log and cut it on half, then roll into nuts, easier to handle.

    Roll into nuts. Wrap tightly and chill for a couple hours or until firm. Unwrap and cut into whatever sized slices you desire. Enjoy this yummy treat!
