orange jubilee bark
One of my favorite treats growing up was an "orange-sicle", then, later, an Orange Julius. I created this recipe to re-create the taste of those treats. It's great for gift giving or just keep it all for yourself! It will go fast either way!!

Ingredients For orange jubilee bark

1 lbvanilla or white chocolate chips

4 ozorange colored melting wafers

3 ozorange infused dried cranberries

1/2 cchopped pecans, toasted

1/4 tspfinely grated orange rind

1/2 cshortbread cookie pieces (about 5 cookies)

3/4 cminiature marshmallows
How To Make orange jubilee bark

1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or waxed paper. Set aside.

2In a large, microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips on medium-high for 3-4 minutes, stirring after each 20-30 second interval.

3In a separate bowl, melt the orange colored melting wafers in the same manner. Set aside.

4Add the cranberries, pecans, orange rind, cookie pieces and marshmallows. Mix well.

5Turn out onto prepared baking sheet and spread out with the back of a spoon. Quickly, drizzle melted orange wafers over all and swirl with a knife.

6Refrigerate 1-2 hours or until hardened. To serve, break into bite size pieces.
