Ingredients For easy peanut butter almost truffles

  • THE FILLING
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter, creamy
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter, crunchy
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter softened
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • THE COATING
  • 3/4 c
    peanut butter chips
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter

How To Make easy peanut butter almost truffles

    In a bowl mix the filling ingredients and roll into 15 balls.

    In a double boiler or microwave melt butter and chips. Put the peanut butter balls in candy cups and pour peanut butter chips over top. Allow to cool and harden. And serve
