I've been making this fudge for 30+ years and it comes out perfect every time. It's so fast and easy and comes out very rich, creamy and delicious. I don't remember where I originally got the recipe, but it's been a keeper. You can add in things like nuts, candy or whatever you like or if you prefer, just keep it plain. This fudge makes a great Christmas gift and I've filled many a gift tin with it over the years and it's a hit every time. Hope you enjoy it as much as our family has.

How To Make easy creamy christmas fudge

  • 1
Line an 8" X 8" pan with foil and coat with butter, set aside.
  • 2
Pour sweetened condensed milk into a heavy sauce pan. Add chocolate chips. Stir constantly over low/medium heat until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. NOTE: At this time, you may also stir in nuts, candy pieces, toffee, or whatever you like. Spread mixture into 8" x 8" pan and chill for at least one hour or until fudge is firm.

When fudge is firm, remove pan from refrigerator and lift out using foil. Remove foil and cut into squares (I use a pizza wheel). Store covered in refrigerator.
